This is an opportunity for a commercially driven Sales Manager who is motivated by opening new markets, winning new customers, and shaping a regional business over time — supported by strong products, deep technical expertise and a collaborative global organization.

This is a high impact commercial role with broad responsibility for developing KK Group’s industrial safety monitoring / vibration monitoring business in the region. The position combines a strong focus on business development with new customers as well as account responsibility for existing customers and leadership of the regional distributor network. You will act as KK Group’s commercial front line in the market and as the voice of the customer internally.

Highlights of the offer

  • Type of work: Hybrid
  • Role: Individual Contributor / Specialist
  • Location: Europe, Denmark, Copenhagen

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive new‑business development for industrial safety monitoring solutions across Northern and Central Europe.
  • Build and execute a focused go‑to‑market approach targeting OEMs, industrial end‑users and distributors.
  • Develop a robust and sustainable sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, market mapping and customer engagement.
  • Maintain and further develop selected existing customer relationships.
  • Lead, manage and develop the regional distributor network, including commercial alignment, performance follow‑up and partner engagement.
  • Position KK Group’s solutions clearly against competitors and articulate customer value across Fans, Pumps, Compressors, Mixers, Crushers and Process Equipment.
  • Develop commercial proposals, conduct presentations and negotiate commercial agreements.
  • Represent KK Group at relevant industry events, exhibitions and customer meetings.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally by bringing market insights, customer feedback and competitive intelligence to product management and leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with KK Group’s technical experts, application engineers and product specialists to deliver strong customer solutions.

Our requirements

  • 5–10 years of B2B sales experience within industrial machinery, equipment or technical solutions.
  • A strong track record in new‑business development and pipeline creation.
  • Experience selling technically complex products to OEMs, industrial end‑users and/or through distributors.
  • Understanding of rotating equipment or mechanical / electromechanical systems is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders from engineers to senior decision makers.
  • Self‑driven, structured and persistent, with a clear motivation to build business and create impact.
  • Fluent in English; German language skills is considered an advantage.

What we offer?

  • A key commercial role in developing KK Group’s industrial business in a high‑potential region. This is a fundamental corner stone in our “Powering Change” strategy.

  • Clear long‑term career development opportunities as the regional business grows — potentially toward broader area or segment leadership.
  • Strong support from a global organization with proven technology, application know‑how and delivery capability.
  • A collaborative, international working environment.
  • A competitive compensation package with performance‑based upside.
