Intern - Finance

At KK Group, we believe that learning happens through real experience. We are looking for a motivated Finance Intern to join our Tax & Compliance team and gain hands-on exposure to international tax, reporting, and compliance processes in a global organization.

 

This is a full-time, one-year internship position based in our City Centre office in Szczecin. You will support experienced professionals while developing practical skills in tax compliance, reporting, documentation management, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Support VAT, CIT, WHT, and other tax compliance activities.
  • Collect, verify, and maintain tax documentation and supporting evidence.
  • Assist in preparing reports, reconciliations, and tax-related analyses.
  • Update compliance trackers, dashboards, and reporting files.
  • Support tax audits, statutory audits, and inquiries from tax authorities.
  • Monitor tax deadlines and assist with compliance calendar maintenance.
  • Support tax process documentation, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Assist with tax technology, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare presentations, training materials, and communication documents.
  • Monitor and manage the Tax & Compliance shared mailbox.

Our requirements

  • Student or recent graduate in Tax, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, or Business Administration.
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop within the field of Tax & Compliance.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must-have.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken, is a must-have.
  • Interest in tax regulations, compliance, and process improvement.
  • Curiosity about technology, data analysis, and automation solutions is considered an advantage.
