Engineer - Production Engineering M/F

• Support the Flow Team in daily management and problem-solving activities.
• Perform line balancing and optimize production processes.
• Participate in automation and process optimization projects.
• Lead small internal projects and implementations.
• Support Lean activities and Kaizen events.

• Higher technical education, preferably in production engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or equivalent higher education supported by relevant experience.
• Knowledge of tools and techniques related to production process design, optimization, and Lean manufacturing.
  
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills.
• Very good organizational skills and ability to manage own work effectively.
• Proactive attitude and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to communicate in both English and Polish.
   

Additional advantages:

• Experience in wire and cable production.
• Practical knowledge of machine safety.
