Responsibilities

Support the flow team on daily management & Problem solving.
Support Lean Team on Lean Assessment & Continuous Improvement.
Line Balancing, Maintaining Product Routing time & Work Instructions on Shop floor.
Implementation of Jigs/Fixtures/Tools on shop floor.
Support Lean Activities & kaizen Events.
Support implementation of ECN/TCN by changing documentation & System data.
Identify Improvement opportunities with the Site Operations including Production, testing, Packing, Warehouse & Logistics.
Support Flow Team consisting of Production / Quality / Lean manager by implementing smarter tools, Equipment & tools.
