Responsibilities

Adherence to KK Safety Culture and values
On time delivery as per SLA with Zero Errors and efficient handling of Master data
Manage/Maintain the asset management master data across all factories globally.
Create and manage work orders, job types, resources, and maintenance requests
Assist with data migration, system testing, and go-live support
Collaborate within internal stakeholders across the organization
Develop and maintain technical documents such as User manual, Calibration report, Service reports.
Create and Maintain maintenance plans and schedules.

Our requirements

Good knowledge on machine breakdown and preventive maintenance process
Familiar with Maintenance KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF, and equipment availability.
Knowledge of preventive/predictive maintenance concepts
understanding of asset lifecycle, preventive maintenance, work orders, and resource management
communication and collaboration skills to interact with both technical and non-technical teams
Ability to work in a time-sensitive situation & get things done with quality.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
