Customer Support M/F

We are currently seeking an experienced and resourceful Customer Support Specialist to join our rapidly expanding sales team at KKWS Service.

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Service Sales Development and Support Team, where your responsibilities will focus on providing operational and administrative support, enhancing the effectiveness of our sales efforts. You will be responsible for pricing and proposals preparation, to manage our customer data and handle daily inquiries from our customers. You will also make sure to provide our Key Account Managers’ team with the resources they need to succeed.

The sales team success is highly dependant on our internal teams interactions and joint efforts, thus you will be cooperating daily with our sourcing, engineering and customer service team. 

The ideal candidate should be highly organized, having excellent communications skills in English, both speaking and writing, and have a true passion for driving business and sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Pricing and quotations preparations to our customers, focusing on Field Tech Projects.
  • Project creation and handover to PMO/TPL team.
  • Follow-up on Invoicing from Projects with PMO team.
  • Ensure timely responses to emails and phone calls from our colleagues and customers.
  • Manage customer data and prices in our ERP system.
  • Maintain and enhance a positive commercial relationship with our customers.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales department and other internal teams, including PMO, TPL, logistics, finance, customer service, customers and suppliers, to facilitate seamless communication and workflow.
  • Support with data analytical tasks related to our sales performance.

Our requirements

  • Proven experience in sales support or a related field.
  • A degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth and fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and multitask.
  • Excellent communications skills in English, both speaking and writing.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and experience with ERP software (D365 is an advantage).
  • Being a good excel user for pricing and basic analytics, comfortable with v-lookup formulas and pivot tables, as well as the basic calculation formulas, is mandatory for this position.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software programs and technologies needed for the role.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, problem solving and goal-oriented.
