Responsibilities

• Partner with the FP&A team to support strategic and operational decision-making
• Analyze financial performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Develop, track, and enhance KPIs to monitor business performance
• Support month-end closing, including variance analysis and reporting
• Ensure strong financial governance, compliance, and internal controls
• Collaborate cross-functionally across the KK Group to drive business outcomes

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in financial controlling or business finance roles
• Strong understanding of financial planning, analysis, and reporting
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
