Responsibilities

  • Ensure maintenance of manufacturing equipment, wind turbine converter test benches, and plant utilities (HT/LT, HVAC, DG, UPS, compressed air) for high reliability and uptime.
  • Drive performance improvement through monitoring and enhancing OEE, availability, MTBF, and MTTR.
  • Manage automation systems including PLC, BMS, and DAQ, supporting digitalization and predictive maintenance.
  • Lead and develop maintenance team through training, mentoring, and performance-driven culture.
  • Coordinate with production, quality, EHS, and engineering for smooth operations and quick issue resolution.
  • Apply structured problem-solving (RCA, 5 Why, FMEA) to eliminate recurring failures.
  • Manage vendors and AMCs ensuring service quality, SLA adherence, and cost optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory norms, and EHS standards including LOTO.
  • Plan and execute maintenance schedules with optimum resource utilization and minimal disruption.
  • Drive TPM, Lean, and Kaizen initiatives for continuous improvement.
  • Utilize CMMS/CFMS for maintenance planning, asset tracking, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, RoHS, and CE standards.
  • Oversee CCTV and access control systems integrated with BMS for facility security.

Our requirements

  • Strong expertise in maintenance of manufacturing equipment, wind turbine converter test benches, and plant utilities including HT/LT, HVAC, DG, and UPS systems.
  • Sound knowledge of power electronics, PLC/SCADA/BMS systems, and data acquisition (DAQ) for testing and automation environments.
  • Proficient in CMMS/CFMS platforms for maintenance planning, asset management, and performance monitoring.
  • Experience in driving equipment reliability metrics such as OEE, availability, MTBF, and MTTR through data-driven approaches.
  • Good understanding of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 50001), RoHS, CE compliance, and safety systems including LOTO and high-voltage operations.
