Accountant - Banking Services M/F

• Create and process outgoing payments globally through the ERP system
• Prepare advance, proforma, employee reimbursement, customs duty, and other manual payments
• Identify and process intercompany transfers and support cash centralisation activities
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and banking-related issues
• Verify and post transactions, perform account clearing, and support settlements
• Reconcile bank accounts and ensure the accuracy of financial records
• Send payment remittances and account confirmations
• Prepare reports, analyses, and banking overviews
• Actively participate in month-end and year-end closing activities
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders and other departments across KK Group
• Support internal and external audits by responding to banking-related inquiries
• Contribute to process improvements and optimisation initiatives
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Support banking-related projects, including system implementations and data migrations

• At least a year of experience in accounting, banking services, treasury, or a similar finance function
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Good analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Strong written and verbal English skills, required for daily international communication
